The Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Ankara, Mr. Henry S. Bensurto, Jr., the Third Secretary of the Embassy, Mr. Emile Garcia, and the Defense and Armed Forces Attaché, Col. Harold Argamosa, visited DEHUKAM. During their visit, they discussed potential collaborations between the Philippines and DEHUKAM with DEHUKAM Board Member Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer, DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali İbrahim Akkutay, and DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara. Additionally, the Ambassador met with DEHUKAM Board Member Rear Admiral Refik Levent Tezcan.
