With the Decision of the 12th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation dated 11/01/2023 and numbered 2022/12344 E., 2023/71 K., it has been decided that the official registry of the seized ship in the case is the Registry Specific to Ships in Construction, in accordance with the provision of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law as “those who are registered in the official registry of the seized ship”, and for this reason, the complainant shipyard is one of the entities who can request the termination of the tender.
