The “5th Maritime and Maritime Security Forum (DGF)” organized by TASAM took place on November 23-24, 2023, hosted by Istanbul Kent University. Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, Board Member and Leading Researcher at the Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM), presented a paper titled “The Need for Legislation Regarding the Regulation of Turkish Maritime Jurisdictions” during the program, and he also served as a moderator for the event.
