The certificate ceremony for the French language education and international law, maritime, aviation and space law programs conducted for the Ministry personnel by Turkish Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomacy Academy Presidency in collaboration with Turkish Language Teaching, Research, and Ankara University Turkish and Foreign Languages Application and Research Center (TÖMER) and Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) took place on November 15, 2023, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fatin Rüştü Zorlu Hall.

Vice Rector of Ankara University Prof. Dr. Hasan Serdar Öztürk, Deputy President of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomacy Academy Prof. Dr. Mesut Özcan, DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM Board Member and Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir and TÖMER Director Prof. Dr. Timur Gültekin attended the certificate ceremony.
