Prior to the meeting of the DEHUKAM Board of Directors, a presentation was given by Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, the Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces with the participation of Rear Admiral İbrahim Özden Koçer, the Chief of Staff of the Turkish Naval Forces Command, Rear Admiral Gökçen Fırat, Head of Planning and Project Management, Colonel Taner Güçlü, Legal Advisor, Professor Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, Rector of Ankara University, Mr. Ferit Orçun Başaran, Deputy General Director for Bilateral Political Affairs and Maritime-Aviation-Border at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Professor Dr. Sertaç Hami Başeren, Member of the DEHUKAM Maritime Experts Board, and Ms. Elif Ceren Gülcek, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GİSBİR (Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association) to the DEHUKAM Board of Directors and Researchers.

Following the presentation, the meeting of DEHUKAM Board of Directors was held, attended by DEHUKAM Board Members: Deputy Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ahmet Yıldız, Advisor to the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Zekeriya Birkan, Director General of Maritime at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr. Ünal Baylan, Rear Admiral Refik Levent Tezcan, Deputy General Director of the Defense and Security at the Ministry of Defense, Mr. Tamer Kıran, Vice President of TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of İMEAK Chamver of Shipping, Professor Dr. İsmail Demir from Ankara University, Professor Dr. Nil Kula, Director of the Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies at Dokuz Eylül University, Professor Dr. Yücel Acer from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, and Mr. Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM CEO.
