A resolution concerning oceans and the law of the sea has been adopted on 30th December 2022, at the 77. Session of the United Nations General Assembly. The resolution also includes recognition of the important contribution to capacity-building activities in the field of the law of the sea with a three-week course held by the Rhodes Academy of Oceans Law and Policy.

It is an honor for Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) to be a part of such an important program as one of the sponsors and contributors to the program.
