DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara participated as a speaker at the “Science Diplomacy for Sustainable Development Symposium” held on June 28, 2024, in collaboration with the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) and The Association of Academies and Societies of Science in Asia (AASSA). During the program, CEO Mustafa Başkara presented his paper titled “Sea and Maritime Law from the Perspective of Science Diplomacy and Global Governance.”
