DEHUKAM Researchers Büşra Deniz and Emre Önsöz attended the “Towards MSP in Türkiye: From theory to practice” training program organized by UNEP MAP Priority Actions Programme/Regional Activity Centre (PAP/RAC) in Ankara on June 13-14, 2024. Experts in the field of marine spatial planning from many countries participated in the training program and shared their experiences related. Within the scope of the event, a “Marine Spatial Planning Practice” was also conducted, highlighting the importance of administrative processes and coordination in the Marine Spatial Planning processes. DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara also attended the opening and closing ceremonies of the event.
