As part of the “Turkish Communication Program for Public Officials and Academicians” (KATİP) implemented by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), lectures was given at DEHUKAM by Associate Professor Ali İbrahim Akkutay, DEHUKAM Senior Researcher and DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara on the topics of “Law of the Sea” and Türkiye’s Marine Jurisdictions Areas” to public officials, academicians, and diplomats.
